3 Peaks training at 1st Poulner

Well!  Another day with a training regime in place.  I just did 4.62 miles with 42lbs of bricks on my back in 72 minutes.  Legs a bit wobbly after the steep climbs but nothing like going up the 3 mountains except I will not have the bricks on my back.......  Colin
